  • What are the qualifications for a student seeking an internship at Xerox Corporation?
  • There are currently five basic student requirements for the Xerox Internship program:
    • Currently enrolled as a full-time student in a Bachelor's degree program or higher and continuing the semester following the internship
    • Studying a discipline relevant to the internship/co-op focus
    • Must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale or equivalent
    • Must be authorized to work in the United States
    • Must demonstrate potential for hire upon graduation

  • All over the country. We have internship opportunities in Rochester, NY, Wilsonville, OR and El Segundo, CA. In other locations, opportunities are typically limited to marketing/sales internships.

  • What benefits does the Summer Internship program provide?
  • Benefits vary depending upon the Xerox location. Students in all locations participate in Developmental Workshops and are eligible for airfare/mileage reimbursement. In Rochester, NY, Wilsonville, OR and El Segundo, CA students may also be eligible for subsidized centralized housing, transportation assistance, and structured social activities.

  • What is the cutoff date for applying for a summer internship?
  • The cutoff for applications is March 15th of the year of interest. However, many internship positions are filled by late February, so applying no later than January is strongly encouraged.

  • All resumes are kept on file for 18 months.

  • When are the internships offered?
  • Xerox summer internship program provides students with meaningful work experience during their summer break. Summer internships typically start in May or June, and last between ten and twelve weeks.
