Internship and Co-op Programs.

It’s never too early to succeed

When will you get started on your future? With our Internship and Co-op Programs, you’ll have Xerox on your resume. We give students just like you real experience and real responsibility. This could even lead to your first full-time job. You’ll help us develop and deliver world-class solutions to our customers.

Xerox College Experiential Learning (XCEL) Program

This is our co-op and summer internship program for undergraduate and graduate students. Here, you’ll get real-life experience in specialty fields. You’ll also get a head start on becoming a valued business professional at one of the world’s leading companies.

Xerox Sales Internship (XSIP) Program
XSIP is for talented, high-performing students interested in a sales career. You’ll have the opportunity to participate in sales operations, engage in learning and developmental activities, and network with other summer interns and sales professionals.

Development Opportunities

These internship programs will give you many opportunities for personal, professional and social development. In addition to attending Xerox technology workshops and presentations, you’ll also be involved in manager and intern activities, social networking events, and senior leadership round tables, panels and presentations.

Qualifications

You must be actively pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, have a cumulative 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale or equivalent, possess demonstrated leadership and communication skills, commit to working a minimum of ten weeks, and have authorization to work in the United States. Co-op work blocks are available throughout the year: You must be a full-time matriculated student enrolled in your institution’s co-op program. Upon successful completion of an assignment, you may be considered for future internships co-ops, or full-time assignments.
